  The customer service I received today during my visit to Verizon store in Peachtree Mall in Columbus Georgia is best described as superior customer service. The Sales Rep Ryan Johnson was polite, courteous, patient and very professional. I needed to make several changes to my account for example I wanted unlimited data, add a hum device to our account and purchase a phone for my son. She was very knowledgeable about the different phones and their features and I ultimately helped us decide on purchasing the iPhone 8S. I will strongly recommend her to my friends and colleagues.

  I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Johnson. She patiently helped me understand the pros and cons of switching from the Galaxy Note 5 to the iPhone 8+. Afterwards she helped with transferring my contacts and messages over, and I LOVE it so far.
