  Absolutely terrible. The lady that "helped" us was video chatting her boyfriend or whoever at the same to be and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and overcharged us our phone accessories and put our phones on the wrong plan then said it was our fault. I could write a novel about this place but you're just better off going to another sprint.

  I just want yesterday there. For buying iPhone 8 and note 8 but they don’t know what they are doing. I reach there at around 10:30 and they are free but don’t want to assist and after 15 minits someone came and he take me to the computer and the best thing was he don’t know the password of his own computer. And we left from there at around 11:15. So, basically i west my 45 minits whiteout getting any help. There is no option for 0 stars otherwise they don’t even deserve 1 star.
