I had some problems with an item i purchased (the keychain broke the first day i picked it up), and they were not willing to work with me whatsoever. The owner is rude, and the employees do not seem to be much nicer. It is quite unfortunate, because the store has some decently cute items. Take your business elsewhere, D.N. is not worth it!
